accounting team

Most importantly accountancy service is needed and is a mandatory service in Europe as per the government rules. Also as a business grows and expands, so does its needs. Once your business grows beyond a certain point, you will need support in managing all aspects of it, and this includes financial management. An even better mind-set, however, would be that even when your business is still small, you shouldn’t skip on having all the support which is also essential as per the government rules, such as accountancy. Every European country has their own language for example: German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch and so on, hence their accountings are also in their respective languages. It is very difficult for in the beginning stages of your language learning to be handling your own accountancy services without knowing the local language, without knowing the local book keeping laws of the local government.

That’s exactly why we support all our clients with the best accountancy services for the smooth functioning of our clients business especially during their initial stages of establishment. The support of our accounting team will provide excellent benefits for your business, beyond just the finances. Here’s how our accountant team can transform your business operations in a better way

ESTIMATION AND PROJECT PLANNING

We have an in-house team for project estimation and planning works for all our projects. Depending on the size and type of our client’s project, our team prepares a detailed estimation and planning reports. We use following techniques to deliver best and reliable results in order to ease the analysis for our clients.
Project Estimation and Planning – techniques we use

  1. Top-Down Estimate
This technique is usually followed where high-level chunks at the feature or project investment level are estimated and are decomposed progressively into smaller chunks or work-packets.

  2. Bottom-Up Estimate
We use this technique when the requirements of our clients are known at a discrete level where the smaller work pieces are then aggregated to estimate the entire project. We usually used this when the information is only known in smaller pieces.

  3. Analogous Estimating
We use this particular type of project estimation technique when there is a reference to a similar project executed, so it is easy to correlate with other projects. Expert judgment and historical information of similar activities in a referenced project are gathered to arrive at an estimate of the project.

  4. Parametric Estimate
We use this technique when there is an independent project which has measurable variables from the project work. For example, the cost for
construction of a building is calculated based on the smallest variable as the cost to build a square feet area, the effort required to build a work
packet is calculated from the variable as lines of codes in a software development project. This technique gives more accuracy in project
    estimation.
